At DMV JDM Depot, we stand behind the quality of our authentic Japanese parts and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, uninstalled condition with all JDM packaging and tags intact; electrical components and custom orders are generally final sale.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Pack your items securely in their original boxes, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton to prevent processing delays.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the part's condition and authenticity, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
